So, I had school this morning. After it finished, I went out to find a spot for lunch. I ended up at this nice outdoor cafe. I ordered a salmon salad and it was actually really good. I stayed there for a while to have coffee and dessert. I just sat there and listened to some music for a bit.
Anyway, after lunch, I walked over to the Arc de Triomphe. I found a park bench and just sat down. There was a university student practicing the violin right nearby. He played all kinds of different songs. I ended up spending two hours reading my book while he played. Honestly, the whole thing was just so peaceful.
Then I started heading back toward home. I stopped at the Place de la Comédie on my way. I ran into a brass band performing there. They were wearing these really unusual clothes. It was funny because they were playing American pop songs. I sat at a cafe to have another coffee and listen to them play.
It started to get dark after that, so I went home. It was a good day.
